Be Good Humans.

Our main goal is to value relationships. We can always find ways to make more money, but we can't make more time. Due to this, we want to ensure we are building with those mutually investing their time. Our average client retention rate is nearly 1 year, which means when clients come onboard, they stay onboard.

If there's a good foundation in place, the rest will take care of itself through our expertise as noted above.

Value Transparency

We will always be 100% transparent and we expect the same in return.

Sometimes this means pivoting more towards one channel or the other, other times it seasonal sales advice, and sometimes it's letting folks know we may not be the best fit.

Again, we value relationships and if transparency isn't there, then what is?

Steven

Steven is the co-founder of Rogue Marketing.

His passion is helping others grow out of surviving and into thriving.

Steven has an extensive background in psychology and human behavior, which he utilizes in his strategy, coaching, and to improve clients communication/sales.

Kalin

Kalin is the better half, and co-founder of Rogue Marketing.

Kalin brings a background in IT, computers, and engineering into the picture to assist in the daily operations, CRM, and automation of Rogue's clients.

Steven's extensive background in psychology has no effect on her, unfortunately. A modern day enigma machine.

Joe

Joe is the master of all things Google. Joe has a decade of experience working within Google specifically and has managed millions in ad spend and thousands of Google campaigns.

Joe is based in TX, and enjoys his wife and children when not dominating the likes of Google.

Jay

Jay brings a wealth of knowledge on the social media marketing side and assists in fulfillment on these channels.

Jay enjoys traveling and stand-up comedy/writing in his free time!

Adam

Adam is our developer and software engineer.

Being able to bring anything into existence with throwing a few lines of code, he is a very talented designer and developer.

Angel

Angel is the backbone of Rogue Marketing. As the executive assistance and assistant director of operations, Angel keeps all of these puzzle pieces in place.

Unfortunately, Steven's extensive background in human psychology also has no bearing on Angel.

Angel is currently working on her J.D. (law degree) in the evenings when she is not acting as the glue for Rogue.
